Booking and Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 7-28-25 At Junk-It-Quick, we pride ourselves on delivering prompt, reliable, and professional junk removal services. To maintain efficiency and provide the best experience for all customers, we ask that you please review and adhere to the following booking and cancellation policies. Booking Policy Online Booking: You can request a free estimate or schedule a pickup through our website at any time. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the details and availability. Phone Booking: Prefer to speak with someone? Call us directly and we’ll help schedule your service. Same-Day Service: When available, we offer same-day pickups. To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible. On-Site Estimates: For most jobs, we provide a no-obligation, on-site estimate before beginning any work. If approved, we can often haul your items away immediately. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee to cover lost time and resources. No-Shows: If our team arrives and no one is available on-site to provide access or approve service, a $75 no-show fee may apply. Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Contact us via phone or email to make changes. Weather or Emergency Cancellations In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, Junk-It-Quick may need to reschedule your service.
